Look who I met

I was minding my own business walking around Lyme Park when look who appeared in the lake.

It's part of "The only way is Pemberly" exhibition to celebrate 200 years since Pride and Prejudice was published.  Lyme Park was used as the outside of Pemberly in the BBC adaptation featuring Colin Firth.

There is also an exhibition featuring some costumes from the series including the famous shirt above.  It's been years since we went to Lyme Park and Pride and Prejudice is one of my favourite novels so I wanted to go before the exhibition finished.

It's well worth a visit.
